SHIPPING POLICY

What are my shipping options?

Standard: 7-10 Business Days

Expedited: 5-7 Business days

Where is my order?

Via Email: You will receive a confirmation email, plus a second email with tracking information and link to track your order in real time

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

 As soon as we receive, we start working on fulfilling it right away. However, if you contact us by email at admin@renegaderanchboutique.com with your name, phone number, and order number, we will be happy to assist you if the order has not already been shipped.

How will my package be shipped?

 We use USPS for shipping.

What are my options if I live outside the US?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside the US at this time. 

My package is marked as “delivered” but I can’t find it.

Here’s what we suggest doing:

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery

  • Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery

  • Check again the end of the next day

  • Contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return any product within 30 days from receipt of your order from your delivery date to ship back to us for a refund to your original payment method You must provide the receipt and tags for your item. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait on your refund to be issued. Refunds and store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.
